Lava O2, an upcoming smartphone from Lava in India, has been teased by the company. The phone is also being teased on the e-commerce platform Amazon, where its product page is already live. The latest teaser reveals a green color variant. Let's find out what the Lava O2 smartphone has to offer.

Lava O2 is set to launch in India soon, serving as the successor to the previous Lava O1 model. The company has heavily teased the green color variant. The design of this phone is slightly different from the older model.

It features a dual-camera setup with an LED flash. Speaking of the Amazon listing, another color variant of the phone is revealed, which will be Majestic Purple. The bottom of the phone shows speaker grilles and a charging port. The right spine includes power and volume rocker buttons.

Lava O2 boasts a 6.5-inch display with HD Plus resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. As for the camera, it sports a 50-megapixel AI dual-camera setup on the rear and an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

 

Lava O2 is powered by the Unisoc T616 processor, an octa-core chipset. The device comes with 8GB of physical RAM and 8GB of virtual RAM. The RAM type is LPDDR4X.

 

It will offer 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The phone will come with Android 13 out of the box. It is equipped with a 5000mAh lithium polymer battery with 18W fast charging support.

 

It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The dimensions of the phone are 165 x 76.1 x 8.7 mm, and it weighs 200 grams. For connectivity, the phone includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
