Transparent Display Laptop: Lenovo has revealed the world's first see-through laptop at the MWC 2024 event. The ThinkBook Transparent Concept comes with a screen without borders and a clear keyboard. The laptop has a big 17.3-inch screen without borders, and when you make the pixels black, you can see through up to 55%, but if you use more pixels, it's not as easy to see through. The company says the laptop can get really bright, up to 1,000 nits, and it has a 720p display.

Instead of using the usual kind of screen called AMOLED, Lenovo's laptop at MWC 2024 has something called a Micro LED display. They say this is better for showing colors, being see-through, getting bright, and making the pictures look good.

Right now, Lenovo hasn't shared all the details about the Transparent Display Laptop, but they did say it will use the Windows 11 operating system.
Apart from the see-through screen, Lenovo's video about the laptop also shows a flat touch keyboard. This keyboard isn't like a regular one you can touch; it's more like a picture that appears when you bring a pen close to the ThinkBook. Lenovo thinks this see-through laptop will be great for artists and architects when they are drawing.
Looking ahead, Tom Butler, who is in charge at Lenovo, told The Verge that the company really believes in this new technology. They think it will become a real laptop in the next five years, just like the rollable laptop they showed at MWC 2023.
